South Cape Village is a 160,000 sf Master Planned Commercial Retail Development on over 25 acres. Construction commenced in 2003 and design and permitting services are continuing as necessary until the site reaches full build-out which, depending on market demands, is anticipated to occur in 2012.
Baxter-Nye Engineering and Surveying (BN) provides ongoing survey, site planning and design services, permitting services through the local Planning Board and Cape Cod Commission, and construction administration services for the Sovereign Bank Site Developmentproposed site development. BN was responsible for permitting the site through the NPDES process and prepared the initial Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) which is updated by BN as needed based on construction phasing.
